TERMS OF SERVICE

*REVISIONS ONLY ALLOWED DURING SKETCH PHASE. AFTER THAT FIVE MINOR REVISIONS ANY TIME AFTER, OR ITS EXTRA $$$

*ABSOLUTELY NO NFTS OR BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY USE.

 

*Absolutely no major fixes allowed on sketch commissions

 

*Traditional is automatically considered a full picture. Traditional sketches are the same price as digital sketches. Please contact me if you want specific pricing for a traditional piece, the cost will vary a few dollars depending on the medium you want used.

*This is general pricing. The price can change depending on the complexity of the character/subject of the picture you want.

*I will post the finished work on my social media accounts, and have the right to use it to promote my work. I will state that it is a commission and I don't own the character, and will not sell it on shirts or anything of the sort. You may choose to remain anonymous if you want, just make sure to tell me.

*You absolutely may not reproduce the artwork with the intention of profiting off of it, (e.g., shirts, stickers, posters) without my express permission. This means that you are welcome to print your own commission and put it on a shirt or make it into a sticker for yourself though.

*You may not alter the artwork without my permission or remove my signature. The only exception is cropping/resizing, but my signature must be visible.

*I can cancel and refund your commission at any time I choose, whether due to your poor behavior or personal issues. This is a rare occurrence though.

​

*If you decide to retract payment at any point, (e.g., a chargeback on paypal) you immediately forfeit any rights to the work, and I will blacklist you and make sure other artists are aware of you.

*Payment is expected in full before I start work, no exceptions.
